Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and supporting their developmental growth? ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapy services, is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals to join our team in Richmond, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
  • Collect data and track progress to assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, special education teachers, and parents, to provide comprehensive support
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR be willing to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
  • Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively as part of a team
