Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN for a part-time position in Belchertown, MA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves providing 1:1 care to a student, including tasks such as G-tube feeding, toileting, and accompanying the student on the van. The position starts ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, with a schedule of 27 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care to a student, including G-tube feeding and toileting.
• Assist with van rides to ensure the student’s safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the student’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the student’s condition.

Position Details:

• Caseload: 1:1 position with a student requiring specialized care.
• Schedule: Part-time, 27 hours per week.
• Contract Duration: Starting ASAP through the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
• Work Environment: Onsite at the school in Belchertown, MA.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience with G-tube feeding and toileting preferred.
• Ability to assist with van transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
