Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional therapy services to students, with a focus on promoting independence, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life within the school environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, administrators, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal student outcomes.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and reassessment of students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Educate students, families, and school personnel on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and strategies for promoting functional independence and participation in educational activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and school policies.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills with expertise in evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and other school professionals.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education in the field of school-based physical therapy.
