Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – York, PA – $20+/HR
Providing One-on-One Support for Student Success

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students in a K-12 school setting in York, PA. This full-time, contract position through ProCare Therapy is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping students thrive in the classroom.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: Full-Time (Exact schedule determined by the school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
• Assist with mobility, classroom participation, and personal care needs
• Help manage behavior and provide encouragement throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
