Special Education Case Manager
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $35-$45/hour, plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))

Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We’re looking for a Special Education Case Manager to focus solely on case management—no teaching or direct student services required. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and knowledgeable about IEP processes, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota and federal special education regulations.
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings with educators, families, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to support student success.
What You’ll Need:
- Licensure: Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in special education or case management.
- Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork abilities.
