Your Role as a Catalyst for Change:
As an RBT with ProCare Therapy, you'll be more than just an employee; you'll be a catalyst for change. You'll implement individualized ABA therapy plans, guided by experienced BCBAs, helping children unlock their potential and thrive in their home and community environments.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for helping others.
RBT certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
The ability to pass a thorough background check.
Physical stamina and the ability to engage in active play with children.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
Your Daily Impact:
Providing engaging and effective ABA therapy in home and community settings.
Implementing individualized treatment plans with precision and care.
Collecting and analyzing data to track client progress.
Maintaining detailed and accurate session notes.
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and your ProCare Therapy team.
We're Looking For You If You Have:
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
A background in education, therapy, or related fields.
Experience in fields such as: Teaching, nannying, social work, nursing, or camp counseling.
