ProCare Therapy is an Educational and Healthcare staffing agency pursuing to employ a Registered Behavior Technician to work on assignment with an established school located in the Grass Valley, CA area.

Details:
Start/End Date: 8/14/23 6/7/24
Hours Per Week (excluding lunch breaks): Full-Time Hours, 37.5 approx.
Caseload/Job Details:
RBT will work 1:1 with a mod/severe High School student. Will need intensive 1:1 behavior support for the transition in the beginning of the semester. It may increase to the full year, or it may just go month-to-month. Contract will start as a 3-month contract, and month-to-month following that.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification required.
Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference.
