Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Caldwell, Idaho, you will:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and school environments.
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behavior strategies at home.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging environment to promote learning and development.
