Job Description:

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours

As an RBT in Galveston, Texas, you will:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and document data on client progress to assist in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistency in behavior strategies.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage skill development.
