Exciting Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Interviewing 01/17/25!

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a top-tier school district for the 2024/25 school year and is actively seeking dedicated professionals for this rewarding role.
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- General school hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday (tentative)
- Assist the classroom teacher in modifying materials to meet the specific needs of individual students
- Provide basic caregiving, support, and encouragement for all aspects of development
- Assist with personal care needs and physical assistance as required
- More detailed job responsibilities will be provided during the virtual interview with the school

Interview Process:
- Immediate interviews are being held!
- 5-10 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 15-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
- Offers typically extended within 24-48 hours if selected
Tailored Support & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and/or group behavioral support to elementary, middle, or high school students, ensuring personalized attention
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to help students meet their goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and behavior data to inform ongoing interventions
Requirements:
- RBT Certification with a background in BACB-accredited RBT training (40hr Course alone is not being licensed)
- A passion for supporting students with special needs
