Full Time Registered Behavior Technician - Wheaton, IL
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. The position will require the candidate to work with clients in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and homes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data on client progress
- Assist in developing new behavior plans as needed
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and goals
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
