About the Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Webster, TX. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavioral and social development.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday (specific hours discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Track and record client progress using electronic data collection systems.
• Maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure consistent support.
• Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards in all interactions.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development.
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and session resources.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
