Position Overview:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Behavior Plans: Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide direct support to students.
- Monitor and Record Data: Collect and analyze data on student behavior to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with Educational Staff: Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other school personnel to create a positive and effective learning environment.
- Provide Direct Support: Support students in developing essential skills, such as communication, social interactions, and adaptive behaviors.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors and provide guidance to help students achieve their behavioral and academic goals.
