Major opportunity for a Work From Home School Psychologist for Colorado. This is a full-time position however, open to part-time candidates as well.
You will be needed for the second semester however, the director is conducting phone interviews NOW! This is a super supportive school district and will interview and hire at a rapid speed. Applicants should hold all necessary certification and licensing for Colorado.

- K-12th grade
- Pay Rate: $30 - $45/hr
School psychologist: Completion of the following:
- State approved specialist program (60 graduate semester hours) or doctoral program for school psychologist, serving children birth - 21
- Passing the Praxis School Psychologist exam
- Practica consisting of a sequence of closely supervised on-campus or field-based activities
- An internship consisting of a full-time experience of over 1 year, or half-time, over 2 consecutive years, with a minimum of 1200 clock hours, of which at least 600 hours must be in a school setting
Other routes include:
If an applicant holds a valid license issued by the Colorado State Board of Psychologist Examiners, or is eligible to sit for licensure examinations, that applicant shall provide an institutional recommendation from the professional education unit of an accepted Colorado institution of higher education with an approved school psychology program, verifying that the applicant has acquired the specified competencies listed in these rules, including completion of an appropriate internship, and has achieved a passing score on the national school psychology examination. This may include a 2-year respecialization program.
Provisional License: Colorado has a 'Temporary Educator Eligibility Authorization' or TEE (formerly SETA) for any school professional who is in an approved training program in an education-related field, including school psychology. It allows one to practice in the schools for up to 3 years while completing a degree program.
Continuing Education Requirements:
Individuals must acquire 90 clock hours of professional development every 5 years for those with the Professional credential. Renewal is required after 3 years for those with the Provisional credential. The SEA accepts NASP-approved continuing professional development credits toward renewal.
