Special Education Teacher Job Description:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual learning environment, ensuring personalized and accessible online instruction.
- Adapt online teaching strategies, tools, and resources to engage students with disabilities and enhance their academic success in a remote setting.
- Collaborate with parents, virtual team members, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom experience for special education students.
- Track and evaluate student progress through online assessments, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous growth in a virtual learning space.
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation ($34-$40)
- School Hours
- 1099 classification w/Weekly Pay
- Ability to work Remote
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
