Position Type:

• Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time), 1099 Contract

Start Date: Immediate start
Caseload: Students aged 5-18; details discussed during the interview
Pay Range: starting at $48/ hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer diagnostic evaluations to identify speech and language impairments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication goals.
• Deliver therapy services through secure, user-friendly virtual platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with school staff, parents, and para facilitators to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews.
• Monitor therapy outcomes and adjust strategies to meet evolving student needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Washington ESA certification and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials required.
• At least two years of experience in school or pediatric settings.
• Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy tools and practices.
