Are you a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a significant impact on students’ lives through virtual therapy? We are seeking a compassionate, tech-savvy virtual SLP to join our school-based teletherapy team. In this fully remote position, you’ll work with students of various ages, providing essential speech and language support that directly impacts their academic achievement and personal growth. From addressing speech disorders to promoting language skills, your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current California SLP license/CTC
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($55/hr+ depending on experience)
