Are you passionate about supporting students and making a difference in their educational experience? Our school district in Manchester-by-the-Sea is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ABA Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.
**Position: ABA Therapist**
**Location:** Manchester-by-the-Sea
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Grade Levels:** Elementary Opportunities Available
**Duration:** 2024-2025 School Year
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement behavior intervention plans and support students in their educational and behavioral goals.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other educational professionals to monitor and report on student progress.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioral needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of individualized behavior plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress.
**Qualifications:**
- Current ABA Therapist Certification preferred, not required
- CPI Certified is a plus
- Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges
