Job Description:
- Evaluate students’ fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to identify any barriers to learning.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement strategies that promote academic and social success for students.
- Advocate for students’ needs within the school setting and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license in Missouri
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.
