Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Memphis, TN
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Competitive hourly rate | Weekly Pay

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time position supporting students from K-12 with varying speech and language needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students in K-12th grade.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student communication goals.
• Maintain progress reports, IEP documentation, and provide input in team meetings.
• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech and language development.

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee SLP License required.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
