ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Tukwila, WA. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide essential support to students across K-12 grades, ensuring their academic and personal growth.

Position Details:

• Job Title: School Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Tukwila, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite
• Dates: ASAP - June 13, 2024
• Caseload: K-12, approximately 30-45 students
• Licensure Requirement: Active Washington OT licensure

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Provide direct therapy to students, addressing sensory, motor, and other barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement strategies for student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to design appropriate goals and accommodations.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Previous school-based experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
