School Based Paraprofessional Needed In Lynn, MA | 2024-2025 |
ProCare Therapy is looking for experienced Teacher’s Assistants in the Lynn, MA area who are interested in applying for a full-time School Special Education Teacher’s Assistant opening for the new school year this upcoming fall. This position would begin in October 2024 and last for the full 2024-2025 school year, through June 2024. Job Assignment Details:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20-26/hr. 
• Specific hourly pay rate is negotiable and will be discussed further during hiring process

• Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
• Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week (minimum)
• Assignment Length: October 2024 – June 2024
• Case Load Description:
• Chosen candidate will be assigned to either an elementary, middle school or high school caseload (depending on experience & preference).
• Paraprofessional are typically assigned to work with one student unless otherwise specified in interview process
• Job Responsibilities:
• Provide direct classroom support to assigned Special Education teacher in the district
• Assist students with behavioral management techniques throughout the day as needed
• Work 1-to-1 and in small group settings with student(s) in assigned caseload

  Job Qualifications:
• Previous school paraprofessional experience preferred, but new grads & first timers are also welcome!
• Must provide 2 professional references & pass drug/background check
