Full-Time School Physical Therapist in Poplar Grove, Illinois for the 2023/2024 School Year

Job Description: ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Poplar Grove, Illinois for the 2023/2024 school year. The ideal candidate should be able to provide physical therapy services to students of all ages in a school-based setting. Responsibilities:

• Assess students' motor skills, balance, coordination, and range of motion.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' physical needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement effective strategies to improve students' academic and social performance.
• Provide education and training to parents, teachers, and other school staff on ways to support students' physical needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience working with students in a school-based setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
