Job Description
Communication is the foundation of learning, and as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the tools to help students build that foundation. We’re seeking a passionate virtual SLP to deliver school-based teletherapy services, supporting students in overcoming speech and language challenges that impact their academic and social success. In this remote role, you'll have the chance to address a variety of communication needs, from articulation and fluency to language comprehension, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current RI SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($43/hr+ depending on experience)
