ProCare Therapy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsauken, NJ for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific communication needs.
- Provide speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and therapy interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights into speech and language needs.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid New Jersey state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with school-aged children is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- The caseload includes students across various grade levels.
