Your Role:

• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure quality support.
• Collaborating closely with school psychologists and special education teachers.
• Developing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting data.
• Providing staff coaching, training, and modeling best practices.

What You Need:

• A Master’s degree in Education or Special Education
• A valid BCBA certification  
• Ability to pass a drug and background check

The Interview Process:

1. A brief 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
2. A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
