Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaboration: Partner with school staff to create a supportive and enriching environment for all students.
• Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the success of interventions and make informed adjustments.
• Training & Support: Provide valuable training and ongoing support to staff, enhancing their ability to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Education or Special Education is required.
• Hold a national BCBA certification.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks for the safety and security of our students.
