Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in San Antonio, TX. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality support for students.
- Collaborating closely with school psychologists, special education teachers, and other school staff.
- Developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitoring progress.
- Collecting data and making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as necessary.
- Providing staff coaching and training on best practices in ABA techniques.
What You Need:
- A Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- A valid BCBA certification.
The Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: A brief 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Recruiter.
- District Interview: A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
- Offer: Expect an offer within 24 hours after the interview!
Additional Information:
- Start Date: January 6, 2025
- End Date: June 12, 2025
- Caseload: Around 20 students across K-12 grades
- Supervision: You will be supervising 2 RBTs during your placement.
