About ProCare Therapy: ProCare Therapy is a staffing and recruiting agency that helps school districts across the United States fill their open positions. As a ProCare employee, you'll have access to ongoing support from a dedicated recruiter throughout your assignment.

Location:

• Part-Time: Sheridan, WY (2-3 days per week)
• Full-Time: Travel required between three campuses (Gillette, Cheyenne, and Sheridan, WY)

Caseload:

• Part-Time: 6-15 students (K-12)
• Full-Time: 45-60 students (K-12)

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated School Counselors, Social Workers or Mental Health Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be committed to supporting students with severe trauma, including grief, physical/sexual abuse, and family dysfunction. All students served are on either an IEP or 504 plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Conduct threat assessments and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure or certification as a school counselor or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with trauma backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
