School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Doylestown, PA

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a school district in Doylestown, PA. The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to our patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Job Description: 

• ASAP - 6/16/2023
• Full time position; 37.5 hours per week 
• Multile 1:1 opens within school district
  • Placement depending on your preference for age range and medical experience 

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide wound care and basic first aid as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Must have/ willing to obtain PA clearances 
• One year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
