Michigan School Licensed Practical Nurse - Upcoming School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled School LPN this upcoming school year for a contract position located in Ann Arbor. See job details below: 

Job Type:

• Full-time
  • On-site position
  • K-12th grade caseload
  • Training and PPE:
    • Orientation and training will be provided. Training on how to perform rapid antigen tests will be provided. PPE will be provided. 
  • Duties:
    • Conduct rapid antigen testing at schools for students identified as close contacts to a case.
    • Staff school “Health Support Rooms” where students who have COVID-like symptoms are isolated during the school day. Conduct rapid antigen testing for students present with COVID-like symptoms.
    • Follow up via phone with close contact students who are at home under quarantine orders. 
    • Enter confidential records and other data into forms and spreadsheets. 
    • Other protocol support duties as needed.
       

Qualifications:

• MI LPN Certification??????
• Candidates must be vaccinated
• Experience with student populations is preferred.
