Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – School Nurse Position – Santa Maria, CA (2024-2025 School Year)

Position Overview
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 2024-2025 SY
Key Responsibilities
- 1:1 Support for a student with cerebral palsy.
- Writing and maintaining individualized care plans for students with chronic health conditions or medical needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the coordination of care and support for students with medical challenges.
- Assisting in evaluating students for Special Services (Special Education) as part of their health and wellness assessments.
- Creating a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive despite their health challenges.

Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in California.
- Previous experience as an LVN or in a medical setting, with 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
