An early childhood program at a school district in West Chicago is looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to provide services from now through the end of the school year. Perks to this position include working on a school schedule with weekends and holidays off, a patient caseload of preschool students, and a wonderful support of district administration.
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Duties:
- Perform hearing, vision and other health screenings.
- Treat students and staff as needed.
- Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions.
- Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care.
- Administer medication.
Hours: 8:30am-2:30pm
Location: West Chicago, IL
Qualified candidates will have active licensure in the state of Illinois and have prior experience working with a pediatric or school population.
