School Nurse Needed in Cary, IL!

Connect with students while building your own schools experience. ProCare Therapy has partnered with a school district in Cary, Illinois that is in need of a licensed practical nurse for the current 24-25 school year. This position will be full time and will pay up to $40/hour! 

What you’ll do:

• Provide general nursing services, primarily in an early childhood center.
• Periodic health evaluations
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment..

• Doing 1:1 check-ins and discussing school feedback with you, positive and constructive.

Application requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Illinois RN license required.
• School nursing certification required.
• PEL required.
• Availability to work onsite within the hours of 7am - 4pm. 
• Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
• Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
• TB test within 60 days of start date (only applicable in certain states).

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Experience working in schools.
• Spent time in special education settings.
• Any Sped-specific training or certifications.
