Job Description

Paraprofessional Position

ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated School Paraprofessionals in St. Francis, MN for the 2024/2025 school year. This position offers a valuable opportunity to support students in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students at the Elementary, Middle, or High School levels.
  • Work closely with students who have mild to severe disabilities.
  • Assist students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs.
  • Help foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment to ensure students are able to engage and succeed in their educational experience.

Requirements

  • A solid background in education, particularly working with students with disabilities.

Interview Process:

  1. Screening Call: A 10-15 minute conversation with a ProCare recruiter.
  2. Interview: A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
