School Psychologist | Puyallup, WA
Location: Puyallup, WA
Duration: Full Time, for the duration of the 2024/2025 School Year
Caseload: The school-based mental health therapist provides quality mental health therapy to children, youth, adults, and families within the school district

Position Overview
- This is a full-time, in-person role.
- Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Must hold state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Utilize your expertise in psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
- Apply your strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues impacting students.
- Collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Preferred: experience in a school setting.
- Commitment to cultural competence and delivering equitable services to a diverse student population is essential.
Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in School Psychology is required.
- School Psychologist Licensure is mandatory.
- Must successfully pass a drug and background check.

Interview Process
- Begin with a brief 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
