School Psychologist Opportunity – Pittsburgh, PA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate School Psychologist for a full-time position in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves evaluating and supporting students with diverse needs, providing essential services to enhance their educational experience.

Position Details

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications

• PDE Educational Specialist Certificate in School Psychology.
• CAGS, Psy.D., or Ed.D. in School Psychology.
• Expertise in educating students with multiple disabilities, including visual impairments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for referred children, including selecting instruments, administering tests, conducting observations, and writing comprehensive reports with educational recommendations.
• Identify students requiring counseling or social services and provide support as needed.
• Prepare and complete detailed Initial Evaluation (ER) and Reevaluation (RR) reports.
• Collaborate with instructional leadership to support teachers with behavioral and academic strategies, resources, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with personnel guidelines and school policies.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $40+ (Varies based on experience).
