Position Title: School Psychologist
Location: Lacey, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Start Date: Immediate
Work Hours: 36–40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $50–$55 per hour, based on experience

ProCare Therapy is excited to collaborate with a reputable school district in Lacey, WA, to find an experienced and caring School Psychologist. This full-time, in-person position offers a chance to provide vital psychological support to students, assisting with both academic and emotional challenges in the school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' psychological, behavioral, and emotional development
• Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with mental health, social, or emotional difficulties
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support students’ academic and emotional growth
• Work with teachers and administrators to create and review IEPs for students with special needs
• Lead crisis intervention efforts and provide immediate support in challenging situations
• Offer training and guidance to staff and families on strategies to support students' mental well-being
• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed for student success

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Licensed School Psychologist in Washington (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with psychological assessments and counseling within a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families
• Empathy and a strong desire to make a positive impact on student outcomes
