Exciting Opportunity: School Psychologist Wanted in North Waltham, MA!

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate School Psychologist to join our team in North Waltham, MA. In this role, you will work with students and staff to provide vital psychological services that create positive learning environments and enhance student achievement.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP – ESY+
• Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, Onsite only
• Setting: Elementary & Middle School (approx. 25 students)
• Focus: Experience with autism and mental health challenges
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (+5 hrs flexible planning)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Offer counseling and support for students and families
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings to advise on academic and behavioral strategies
• Maintain thorough records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• School setting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently
• Understanding of relevant laws and ethical guidelines in school psychology
