We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist with a minimum of two years of experience working in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students and be able to use their expertise to provide support and intervention to help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify and diagnose learning and behavior problems in students.
- Provide counseling and support services to students and their families.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement plans to meet the needs of students.
- Develop and implement behavior management plans and interventions to address student behavior issues.
- Participate in meetings and committees to support the needs of students and promote a positive school culture.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments, evaluations, and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Indiana licensure as a School Psychologist.
- A minimum of two years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to special education and the rights of students with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
