Behavior Technician (RBT) Position – Enfield, NH

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dynamic school district in Enfield, NH. This full-time, school-based role provides an opportunity to offer behavioral and academic assistance to students in need.

Position Details

• Full-time, 30 hours per week
• On-site RBT at a school

Primary Duties

• Provide individualized behavioral and academic support to a middle school student.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, psychologists, and families to ensure effective learning and progress.
• Work with students facing various disabilities, as well as emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Assist students with autism, severe behavioral issues, and those who are medically fragile.
• Implement structured teaching programs, positive reinforcement strategies, and behavior management plans.

Position Requirements

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Behavioral experience in a school or clinical setting.

Interview Process:

• Initial Screening: A 10-15 minute conversation with a ProCare recruiter.
• In-depth Interview: A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
