Paraprofessional or RBT Valencia, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students with special needs. This full-time, contracted position runs ASAP through the school year, and offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact by providing 1:1 behavioral and academic support.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Work 1:1 with students as outlined in their IEP to provide personal care support.
  • Assist with toileting, diapering, and lifting as necessary.
  • Implement behavioral support strategies and adaptive learning techniques as needed.
  • Support the educational and emotional well-being of students with severe behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • Proof of High School Diploma or higher education.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification  
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is a plus but not required.
