Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Lake Stevens, WA
Hourly Pay: $28+

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with students, supporting them in achieving behavioral goals and enhancing their learning experiences.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 
• Location: Lake Stevens, WA
• Employment Type: Full-time and Part Time Available
• Caseload: 1:1

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 or small group support to students
• Collect data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care and behavior management
• Utilize ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors

Qualifications:

• RBT certification (required)
• CPI Training Preferred
• Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow supervision from a BCBA
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with students
