School Social Worker – Middle School Caseload – Elmwood Park, IL

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive middle school team in Elmwood Park, IL. This full-time role is perfect for professionals passionate about supporting students' social and emotional growth.

Position Details:

• Role: School Social Worker
• Caseload: Middle school students
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year
• Renewal Potential: Opportunity to extend for the 2025–2026 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Develop and implement strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and external agencies
• Support IEP and 504 plan development and implementation
• Foster a positive school climate

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois School Social Work (PEL) license
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
