ProCare Therapy is seeking a Spanish-speaking School Social Worker to join a supportive school district in South Lyon, MI. This role involves supporting K-12 students across multiple buildings. The position is anticipated to begin as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity.

Position Details

• Location: South Lyon, MI
• Grade Levels: K-12
• Schedule: Part-time (Potential for full-time)
  • Anticipated Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Caseload: Approximately 10 students across 3 buildings

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (required).
• Experience working in schools (preferred).
• Proficient in Spanish to communicate effectively with students and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and social services to K-12 students in need of support.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to address students’ academic, emotional, and social needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of intervention plans.
• Travel between three school buildings to support a small but diverse caseload.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $38+ (Varies based on experience).
