Social Worker (Full-Time) – Near Chandler, AZ
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Start/End Date: ASAP-5/23/25
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
ProCare Therapy is offering a contract position for a Social Worker in our school district! This will be an on-site, full-time contract position! Our school in Phoenix, AZ, serves a vibrant community of K-5 students. Our mission is to foster a supportive and enriching environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team and contribute to our students' well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to support their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to address student needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to support students’ mental health and academic success.
• Help students with crisis interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• ADE certified Social Worker (mandatory)
• IVP Fingerprint Card
• Second Language Spanish is highly preferred
• Valid Social Work License (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or school-based setting is highly desirable.
