ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced New school year Speech language Pathologist  to join our team in Greenfield, CA. As a Speech language pathlogist, you will play a vital role in helping students enhance their motor skills, improve mobility, and achieve their physical goals. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students and possess the necessary qualifications,

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to improve their strength, coordination, balance, and mobility.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate physical therapy goals into students' educational plans.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Speech Language Pathologist from an accredited program.
  • Valid CA licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy interventions and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their physical goals.
