ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate speech language pathologist this school year for a contracted position. This is an excellent school district with lots of support with wonderful colleagues and students. For anyone commuting for this position, we can provide travel and housing stipends to help compensate for the drive.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience working with children in educational or school environments.
• Valid Texas SLP license (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders.

What You'll Do:

• Treat difficulties with sound production and fluency 
• Assist with understanding and expressing thoughts, both spoken and written.
• Improve skills for effective verbal and non-verbal interactions.
• Address issues with pitch, volume, or quality of voice.
• Help those with difficulty swallowing 
• Support memory, attention, and problem-solving skills related to communication.
• Provide tools like communication boards or speech devices for non-verbal individuals.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $43-$48, based on experience.
• 401k matching.
• Health, vision, and dental insurance.
• Weekly pay every Friday.
