Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: McClellan, CA
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay: $47-$53 per hour based on experience | Weekly Pay

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in McClellan, CA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide essential speech services to students in need, while collaborating with a dedicated educational team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and testing to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes, assessments, and documentation.
• Attend IEP meetings to discuss student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Experience using SEIS (Special Education Information System) is preferred.

Requirements:

• California SLP License is required.
• Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEPs and student case management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
