Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: San Marcos, CA
Duration: ASAP - 6/11/2025
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Pay: $45-$50 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Preschool Assessment Team in San Marcos, CA. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a critical role in evaluating and supporting young students with various speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool-aged children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience with preschool assessments or working with early childhood students is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
